Refund & Cancellation Policy

Your membership is just for you. Guests are welcome when you're with them.

The club doors open from the app on one phone at a time, while you're at the club. To switch to a new phone, enter the code we email you. We may pause a membership that is being shared.

Monthly memberships renew automatically every month on the day of the month you signed up. If you signed up on February 5, your card will be charged again on March 5 and every month after that until you cancel.

To cancel, email help@MontclairIGC.com at least 72 hours before your next renewal and we will cancel your membership for you.

Hours in your account stay with your membership, including if you switch plans. If you cancel your membership, any unused hours are removed.

You can cancel your membership anytime, but any refund you may be entitled to falls under the conditions outlined below.

We only offer a refund for the first 72 hours after you sign up and pay, and only if you have not used your membership within those 72 hours. Once you have paid and 72 hours have passed, you are committed for that entire month, and the rest of the month is not refunded. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Once your request for a refund is received and approved, we will email you to confirm. We will calculate the amount of the refund you are entitled to receive and end your membership in our booking system.

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through our payment processor, Stripe. Most banks show the refund within 5–10 business days.

Cancel at least two hours before your booking to receive a refund. You can cancel in the booking app or by emailing help@MontclairIGC.com.

Cancellation must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows will not be rescheduled or refunded.

The purchase of gift cards and/or e-gift cards cannot be refunded.
